KADIKÖY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

Located in Kadıköy, this residential project explores a contemporary urban housing approach within one of Istanbul’s most established neighbourhoods. The proposal focuses on a clear architectural expression, balanced façade composition and a strong relationship between the building and the street.

The project is developed as a multi-unit residential structure, with attention given to proportion, rhythm and the overall coherence of the façade. Openings, balconies and material transitions are organized to create a calm and consistent identity while supporting everyday residential use.

Beyond the building itself, the project considers its place within the surrounding urban fabric of Kadıköy. The intention is to produce a residential environment that is both contemporary and contextual, combining architectural clarity with practical living qualities.
